To become a lead office in ascertaining a safe, secure, and environment-friendly school setting and atmosphere for all the members and clients of the Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc., making it conducive for a holistic learning experience.

MISSION

To provide the necessary structure, mechanism, system, and procedure related to safety, security, and pollution control in HCDC as an educational institution in accordance to existing standards, legislations, mandates, directives, policies, and protocols in the local, regional, national, and international setting, in the spirit of precautionary and preventive measures, of risk management, and of stewardship.

Furthermore, to ensure the protection of school property and lives of the members and clients of the school from any form of loss and/or damage thereof.
