The Community Extension Service (CES) of HCDC shall be a model of excellence in social development in Mindanao.

MISSION

We shall commit ourselves:

• To enhance the development of the cognitive, affective & character formation of the faculty, staff and students through constant community immersion and dialogue.
• To create and implement projects which are responsive to the community needs within the capability and resources of the Program’s areas of discipline and consistent with the HCDC vision and spirituality,
• To provide opportunities to be stewards to the school and partner communities.
