Abstract Submission Guidelines
To facilitate the submission process, please consider the following guidelines, details, and specified conditions and deadlines mentioned.
Abstract submission: March 30, 2023
Abstract Notification of Acceptance: April 10, 2023
Early Registration: January 15, 2023 – February 15, 2023
- USD 50 discount for foreign attendees/presenters
- Php 500 discount forPhilippine-Based attendees/presenters
Once you have prepared your abstract according to the guidelines:
- Please submit your abstract through this online form.
- After submission, you will be acknowledged for receiving the abstract via email.
- Presenters/Participants will be notified via email once their paper is accepted.
Presentation Guidelines
The time allocated for each presenter is 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for question and answer). Please note that the session chair will be strict in timekeeping, so please stick to the time allotted for each presentation.
The following sections must be covered in the presentation:
- Brief Description of the Study (Introduction)
- Methodology
- Results and Conclusions
- Recommendations and Implications of the study
Below are the specific guidelines that the presenters must be aware of:
- Presenters are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled presentation.
- If you are using the PowerPoint Presentation, make sure that you save it on a thumb drive.
- If you are using videos or audio for your presentation, test them before the presentation starts.
- If you are using your computer, please ask for assistance to connect before your presentation.
