OVERVIEW

The Office of the President (OP) Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC) is the overarching key entity of the school responsible for the overall administrative, academic, financial, development, and operational functions of the school. Currently, the school is under the leadership of Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. since his appointment by the Board of Trustees (BOT) in June 2020. Br. Deloria previously served as the school’s Vice President for operations. As an archdiocesan educational institution, the OP, through Br. Deloria, works closely and coordinates with the school’s BOT headed by the Archbishop of Davao Most Rev. Romulo G. Valles, D.D. grounded with the mission of the archdiocese to form a community of Christ-centered evangelizers through quality Catholic education. As the highest authority of the school, the OP is responsible for the approval of institutional engagements, both internal and external, local and international, in bringing the school to synodality with the Church. The OP also ensures that school’s mission, vision, goals, and policies are implemented and are aligned with the thrusts of the archdiocese and the Catholic church.
