The Holy Cross of Davao College (HCDC) and the volunteer group Mindanao Alliance for Progress (MAP) have formalized a partnership to produce digital content set to launch next year. This content will feature invited experts discussing social issues, developments, and solutions concerning Davao City and across Mindanao. The partnership was officially formalized yesterday (December 15, 2025) with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
MAP is a newly-created consumer volunteers and advocacy group composed of Davao-based individuals, with a mission to “stand guard for consumers and taxpayers and to make sure that public services and infrastructure truly serve the people.”

Aside from digital media, HCDC and MAP are both hopeful to bring the discussions in front of a live audience, targeting students and educators in particular.
During the signing ceremony, HCDC was represented by Br. Noelvic H. Deloria S.C., HCDC President; Dr. Teresa P. Fabiania, Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Mr. Derf Hanzel C. Maiz, Head of the Center for Social Communications and Alumni Affairs. Representatives from MAP included Ms. Mayet Valdez, Coordinator, and members Mr. Jon Joaquin and Ms. Diana Suelto.
