The Holy Cross of Davao College continues its pursuit of opening doors for cultural and academic exchange opportunities for its students and faculties as it enters into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), this time with Indian educational institution, University of Delhi.

This MOU opens doors to cultural exchange, mobilization and research opportunities for the students and faculties of both HCDC and University of Delhi,” HCDC President Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. said in his opening remarks during the virtual ceremony last April 21, 2022.

This MOU helps promote information and academic exchange between the two higher education institutions in areas that are of mutual interest and benefit to the institutions’ students, academic and administrative staff as well as research staff.

For the University of Delhi, represented by its Registrar, Mr. Vikas Gupta, this MOU is an opportunity that will allow them to build up collaboration and research with their Asian neighbors. The MOU signing is also well within the spirit of an age-old teaching in their country — ‘The world is one large family‘, a teaching their university firmly believes in.

Despite the long-standing history of cultural assimilation, there still remains a vast range of undiscovered heritage, so great that both HEIs will truly benefit from this,” HCDC Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Teresa P. Fabiania said.

This Memorandum of Understanding is made possible through the efforts of the Center for Linkages, Internationalization, and Language Studies (LINK-IN & LS). (Dyanne Theriz C. Palle, BA Comm Intern)
