The Holy Cross of Davao College has welcomed its first year students and transferees with vigor through its face-to-face orientation, a first after years in pandemic, to mark the beginning of the Academic Year 2022-2023 last August 10, 2022 at the HCDC Gymnasium.
Thousands of students from different programs have participated in the activity onsite.
The activity was graced by HCDC President Br. Noelvic H. Deloria, S.C. and the offices committed to delivering quality student services.
“Welcome to this home of leaders. When you become part of HCDC, you are formed to be not just ordinary leaders but selfless servant leaders,” Br. Deloria said during his welcome remarks.
Br. Noelvic, addressing the onsite and online participants, has introduced the ‘New Crusaders’ branding to bring borderless opportunities to students both in the academics and extracurricular activities in the academic year.
The newcomers were also enlightened about the policies and regulations of the institution including the mode of learning through the HCDC Flexible Learning Options.
The activity ended with a campus tour highlighting the school facilities and laboratories, and gave them a sense of their new home for the next four years.
As of August 12, around 3,055 first year students have officially enrolled in HCDC. (CN)
