Afternoon 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Venue: College Guidance and Counseling Center

Testing Fee: Php 100.00

Admission Requirements

Incoming First Year College students:

  • High School Report Card (Form 138)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • College Entrance Test / Assessment
  • PSA (NSO) Authenticated Birth Certificate (1 original and 1 photocopy)
  • ID Pictures (2 copies, 1.5” x 1.5” in size)

Additional requirements for incoming First Year Maritime students (BSMT):

Medical Examination (HCDC accredited clinics)

  • Audiometry Test
  • Chest X-Ray
  • Ishihara Test
  • Urinalysis
  • Hepatitis B Screening (HBsAg)
  • Fecalysis
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  •  Psychological Test Result
