Dr. Teresa Fabiania, Vice President for Academic Affairs of the Holy Cross of Davao College, has successfully completed the prestigious Leadership and Management Certificate Online Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, on January 6, 2025.
The Leadership and Management Certificate Online Program, one of Wharton’s most sought-after offerings, is renowned for its comprehensive curriculum, designed to equip institutional leaders with innovative perspectives and advanced strategies in leadership and management.
Spanning three months from September 27 to December 20, 2024, the intensive program included four courses: Leadership in the 21st Century, Managing and Motivating Talent, Managing the Global Firm, and Strategic Management: Competitive and Corporate Strategy. Participants were guided by world-class Wharton faculty, gaining insights and practical knowledge that honed their skills as managers and decision-makers.
