BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) is a 4-year degree program that aims to deliver knowledge and develop the skills of the students to become adept in the field of computer and information technology. The program includes the study of the utilization of both hardware and software technologies involving planning, installing, customizing, operating, managing and administering, and maintaining information technology infrastructure that provides computing solutions to address the needs of an organization.

RETENTION POLICY

  • A student has to obtain a 75% or 3.5 mark in order to pass a subject   and subsequently enroll the succeeding subjects as indicated in the curriculum 
  • A student who fails in an IT major subject is allowed to retake the subject only once. I after repeating the subject he/she still failed, he/she will be advised to shift to another program of his/her choice
