1. EMPLOYMENT REFERRAL/JOB REFERRAL

2. All graduates secure a “job referral certificate” by submitting the following requirements:

a. PESLA Certificate
b. Resume
c. Good Moral Certificate from Office of Student Affairs (OSA)

3. PRE-EMPLOYMENT SEMINAR FOR LOCAL APPLICANTS
This is intended to all college graduating students and alumni in order to equip them with the necessary skills required in job application after graduation. It is also in preparation for the conduct of job fair

4. JOB FAIR
Jobs Fair is an employment facilitation strategy aimed to fast-track the meeting of jobseekers and employers in one venue at a specific date to reduce cost, time and effort particularly on the part of the applicants. This is open to all unemployed, skilled and unskilled workers, fresh college graduates, and graduates of training institutions, displaced workers and employees seeking advancement but must particularly graduates of HCDC. During the Jobs Fair, applicants select vacancies suited to their qualifications and employers could interview and hire on the spot qualified workers. Several agencies are invited to provide self-employed and training assistance.

It is an automated job and applicant matching system which aims to fast-track job seekers search for jobs and employer’s search for manpower.

Special Recruitment Activity (SRA) is open to all companies local and overseas. This will be conducted by only one (1) company inside the schools premises.
