The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) conducted a Drug Symposium to the senior high school students last January 17, 2017 at the 7th Floor, Sedes Sapientiae Auditorium,

Noli Nephi Dimaandal of PDEA reminded the students of the consequences that they have to face once they are hooked into illegal drugs.

PDEA also informed the students what are the indications when a person took either marijuana, shabu or even inhalants and stimulants.

“If he used marijuana, we will expect he will have a bloodshot eyes. If he used shabu, his pupil is dilated and involves in cases like stealing of items and money, tardiness going to school, and change in mood,” added Dimaandal.

He also stressed that students should at least be careful or should not accept any foods, candies or even drinks from strangers because that might have a substance that can cause hallucination or illegal drugs added.

On the other hand, Dr. Salvacion R. Echavez, the senior high school coordinator pointed out the need to preserve life by keeping away from drugs.
