The
Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. provides scholarship programs to
students based on academic performance, proficiency and/or financial need. |

|
|
|
HCDC Academic Scholarship Program
|
|
|
|
This program
aims to:
1. Assist the students to grow towards a more mature faith in God
by guiding them to discover God's presence in their intellectual
quest;
2. assist the students develop themselves a critical mind, a responsible
and inner directed persons capable of choosing freely, in conformity
with ones conscience; and
3. motivate the students towards academic excellence.
I. Entrance Scholarship
- A 100% free tuition fee is granted to a student who graduated Valedictorian in high school and a 50% discount in tuition fee to a student who graduated Salutatorian provided that he/she fulfills the following requirements:
- the secondary school he/she comes from is duly recognized by the government,
- he/she is able to present a certificate duly signed by the school principal attesting to his/her being a Valedictorian/Salutatorian.
- Tuition fee discount shall be given to a student whose total raw score in the scholarship examination falls within any of the following score range:

II. Term Scholarship
- Any bonafide students who is enrolled for at least 18 units, including
religious education, physical education, typing and computer subjects
may qualify for this academic scholarship.
- Free tuition fee shall be enjoyed by a student who obtains a general weighted average of 1.4 (96) or above, with no grade below 2.0 (90%) in academic subjects including REED and with no grade below 2.2 (88%) in Typing, PE and NSTP/CMT.
- Tuition fee discount of 50% shall be given to any student who, in a curriculum year, attains a general weighted average of 1.7 (93%) with no grade below 2.2 (88%) in the academic subjects including REED and no grade below 2.5 (85%) in Typing, PE and NSTP/CMT.
- Tuition fee discount of 25% shall be enjoyed by any student who, in a curriculum year, attains a general weighted average of 2.0 (90%) with no grade below 2.5 (85%) in the academic subjects including REED and no grade below 3.0 (80%) in Typing, PE and NSTP/CMT.

Student Assistants Scholarship Program (SASP)
|
|
|
|
In consonance with the vision and mission of the Holy Cross of Davao College, the SASP is committed to help in the education of the poor and deserving students. It aims at the total development of its members and to assist the Holy Cross of Davao College employees in all offices in the disposal of their responsibilities towards the efficient and effective operation of the institution.
They enjoy benefits and privileges such as:
- free registration and tuition fee for 18 units of academic subjects and 3 units of Religious Education and 2 units of PE per semester; 9 units per summer session; and
- monthly monetary allowance for a minimum work of seven (7) hours daily Monday to Friday and four (4) hours for Saturday.

Sports Scholarship Program

|
|
The Sport Scholarship
programs aims to:
1. Develop students talents and skills in their field of
interest.
2. Attain excellence among athletes who, through constant and scientific
training, shall have the privilege of representing the school in
local or national competition.
3. Assist the athletes develop sportsmanship.
4. Help the athletes in obtaining Catholic education.

BS Education Male Scholarship Program
|
|
|
|
To encourage
male students to become teachers, this scholarship program is offered
to deserving high school graduates who wants to take Bachelor of Elementary
and Bachelor of Secondary Education. Through this program, which is
designed exclusively for male students, the school is able to address
the problem of decreasing population of male educators.
The program aims to develop well-rounded Catholic teachers who: 1. Translate Christian values and principles in the field of teaching;
2. Exhibit high degree of proficiency in the teaching profession;
3. Serve and uplift the quality of life of the community where they
belong;
4. Believe in and live by the moral, spiritual and ethical principles
in personal and professional actuation;
5. Show appreciation for the teaching profession, cherish and nurture

This scholarship
program aims to:
1. Provide financial assistance to promising talented and intelligent
students for them to acquire college education; and
2. Develop responsible individuals and Christian leaders who will

HCDC-JCC Joint Scholarship Program |
|
|
|
The BSED-Catechetics
scholarship program is a joint effort of John XXIII Catechetical Center
and HCDC. Its objective is to train students to become professional
Catechists through integral formation in academic and pastoral orientation,
spiritual life and community living. After graduation, they must work
preferably in the home parish for at least two (2) years.

Indigenous Community Development Scholarship
Program |
|
|
|
This scholarship
program aims to:
1. Prepare well formed and trained indigenous professional from
the HCDC local partner communities to work for the development of
their respective communities;
2. Help persons from indigenous communities linked with HCDC finish
a degree;
3. Facilitate the graduates of the program to work for the development
of their respective communities within a specific period of time
after graduation They enjoy benefits and privileges such as:

and summer session. |

Government Scholarship Program |
|
|
|
The Holy Cross
of Davao College, Inc. caters to scholarship grants offered by the
government. This is done in coordination with the Commission on Higher
Education-Regional Office XI (CHED-RO) and Technical Education Skills
Development Authority (TESDA).
The following Government Scholarship Programs we caters are the
following: PESFA, SEGEAP, SNPL AFP GRANTEE, CONGRESSIONAL and many
more.

The school also
caters to scholarship grants offered by private entities, veterans
and foundations such as: CAP scholars, Professional scholar (PAP),
PET scholar, GO KIM PHA, Pacific Scholar, Prudential scholar (PEP),
Fr. Cote Scholar and many more. |

Discounts on Tuition fees |

The school also
offers discount on tuition fees for deserving students on various
rates such as:
1. 5% discount on tuition fee for full payment during enrollment
period (except for Summer period).
2. 100% discount on tuition fee for first honor students.
3. 50% discount on tuition fee for second honor students.
4. 25 % discount on tuition fee for third honor students
5. 100%, 50% & 25% discount on tuition fee for NROTC officers.
