Graduate School Department

Admission Policy
  • Applicants for admission to the master’s degree program and doctoral program must have the proper and corresponding undergraduate and graduate academic background respectively.  To qualify the admission, the following are required:

– 18 units for non-education (for MAED enrollees only)

– Admission of non-MAED graduate for Ph.D./Ed.D.major in Educational Management subject to the approval of the Dean

  • Must meet all the prescribed admission requirements, such as:

* Certificate of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal from last school attended

*Certificate of good moral character (for Doctoral enrollees only)

* Special Order (S.O.)

* NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate clear photocopy (bring the original copy)

* NSO Authenticated Marriage Contract (for female students)

* 1 pc. 1 x 1 colored ID picture

* 1 pc. 2 x 2 colored ID picture

  • Must abide by all the rules and regulations of the school.
Procedure
1. Secure an endorsement note from the Graduate School Office
2. Take Entrance Examination (Guidance Office)
3. Fill-out Enrolment forms for Admission (Graduate School Office)
4. Get subjects from the Subject Offering List posted on the Bulletin Board
5. Go to the Clinic for Medical Check-up
6. See the Dean of the Graduate School for the interview
7. Secure ID Number at the Office of the Student Affairs(OSA)
8. Pay Registration Fee (Finance Office)
9. Go to the Registrar’s Office for the encoding of the subjects
10. Go to Printshop for ID picture-taking
Required Documents
  • 18 Education Units for non-education degree holder who are enrolling MAEd and PhD/EdD in Educational Management
  • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (CHD) from the last school/institution attended or Original Transfer Credential (if transferee)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character(for Doctoral enrollees only)
  • Special Order(S.O.)
  • Original Official Transcript of Records(OTR)
  • Original NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • Original NSO Authenticated Marriage Contract (if married)
  • 1 pc. 1×1 ID picture
  • 1 pc. 2×2 ID picture
Foreign Students
  • Must have complete and valid credentials (scholastic records and birth certificate with

red ribbon, fold seal and dry seal – authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Post).

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the college and the course applied for, such as:

-College Entrance Tests
-Certification of Completion of a Secondary Curriculum
-Original Transcript of Records
-Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
-Personal Data
-Affidavit of Support and NBI clearance
-Passport
-Student Visa

  • Must submit Certification of Proficiency in English or certification from the Guidance and Testing Center  (for non-native speakers of English)
  • Must meet all the prescribed requirements by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Bureau of Immigration
  • Must pass the interview
  • Must pass the Physical or Medical Examination
  • Must abide by all the rules and regulations of the college
  • May be admitted based on the availability of slot of the course applied for
